Split payments with service providers
No more advancing their fees
This is an update many of you have been waiting for.
Until now, the Unlocker split already handled the distribution between the concierge company and the owner. Now, your service providers are part of the loop.
Cleaning, maintenance, third-party services: their fees can be included directly in your split payment. The moment the guest pays for their stay, every party is paid at the same time, without you advancing a cent.
What this changes in practice:
• You no longer carry your providers’ fees on your cash flow
• Zero reminders, zero manual transfers, zero calculation errors
• A clear, traced flow, for you and for your providers

To activate the feature:

Thanks to our ACPR license (the French financial regulator’s authorization), Unlocker can help each concierge company generate a unique IBAN per unit to collect its share of revenue automatically, with no cash advance and no risk of error. Fully legal, 100% automated.
New lease management procedure through Unlocker Real Estate
Unlocker Real Estate takes care of the entire legal procedure. You stay in control on the ground, while relying on our carte G (the French property management license) to sign and manage leases in full compliance.
Steps of the procedure:
- Fill in the lease request form
- Unlocker Real Estate checks that the mandate is valid
- Signature by the concierge company or agency, and upload of the required documents
- Signature by Unlocker Real Estate
- Signature by the tenant
