It centralizes payments, bank transfers, payouts and flow tracking, while also including property management tools (leases, move-in and move-out inspection reports, invoices, electronic signature and more).

How do I get started with Unlocker?

Getting started is simple, in 3 steps: you create your account on your own, you choose the plan that fits your business, then you set up your flows with our team. After that, you manage your payments and your property management directly on Unlocker, or connected to your business software (e.g. a PMS).

Does Unlocker also handle short-term rentals?

Yes! Unlocker brings peace of mind to concierge companies by automating the whole payment chain with our split payment system. In practice, every payment is automatically redistributed between the guest, the owner, the concierge company and the various related fees (such as cleaning). The result: smooth cash flow, no more unpaid amounts and less day-to-day admin.

What if I run into a problem? What support do I get?

At Unlocker, you’re never on your own. From the moment you start, you have access to dedicated support from our teams, for direct and personalized follow-up. You get one-on-one guidance, practical advice and responsive support to answer all your questions.

Can I try the platform before committing?

Of course. You can sign up for free and explore the platform on your own before making any commitment. You can then activate the plan that best fits your needs, whenever it suits you.

Does split payment also work with my service providers?

Yes. Since the latest Unlocker update, you can include your service providers directly in your split payment. Cleaner, maintenance, third-party services: their pay is sent automatically when the payment comes in, without you having to advance the funds.
