Unlocker at a glance

Unlocker is a French real estate fintech, founded in 2022 and based in Rixheim (Haut-Rhin). It automates rental payments: every property has a dedicated IBAN, and every payment is split automatically between the owner, the concierge company or agency, and contractors. This is split payment. Its subsidiary Unlocker Real Estate, founded in 2023, holds the real estate professional license and offers the delegation of carte G (the French property management license) and carte T (the French real estate transaction license) to concierge companies, agencies and independent agents.

    Founding of Unlocker Real Estate, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), holder of professional license no. CPI68022023000000011 (real estate and business transactions, property management), issued by the Alsace Eurométropole Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

  3. ACPR status

    Unlocker is registered with the ACPR (the French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority) under number 732183 (REGAFI) as a payment services agent of the electronic money institution eZyness.
