How do you manage a lease on Unlocker?

Hello everyone! Today, I’m going to show you how to manage your leases on Unlocker.

First, make sure you’ve created and signed a lease, or imported an existing lease into Unlocker. Once that’s done, you’ll have access to all of the lease’s general information and the different actions available.

Click the 3 small dots to the right of your lease to open the management tabs. If the lease was imported, you can manage it, download it or end it. If the lease was created and signed on Unlocker, you can do the same things, plus download the IBAN for rent transfers.

Clicking “Manage” takes you to the general information you filled in earlier for the lease. You’ll also find the IBAN and BIC there. With the eye icon, you can see the full IBAN, and with the document icon, you can copy it.

The tenant tab lets you view the tenant’s information. The rent payment tab gives you the bank details for the rent transfer. The rent supplement tab lets you add supplements such as CAF aid, rent guarantee insurance, invoices, and so on, to deduct for a single month or to set as a recurring payment, which is then deducted from the rent automatically so you don’t have to do it by hand at the end of the month.

The rent receipt tab lets you or your tenants download their rent receipt on their own. In the document tab, you’ll find the lease to download. The review tab lets you revise the lease if needed, and the inspection report tab lets you create a move-in or move-out inspection report right from Unlocker. Once it’s created, the document is added to that tab.
