Create your sub-delegation leases with confidence
This page lets you generate your carte G sub-delegation contracts (carte G is the French property management license). You can choose between four lease types depending on the rental length: mobility and seasonal (short-term), and unfurnished or furnished (long-term). A mobility lease (bail mobilité) is a 1 to 10 month furnished lease with no security deposit. Once you’ve completed the form, your leases are submitted to Unlocker Real Estate for validation, then sent out for signature right away. A simple, smooth, automated process that saves you time.
Before you start, make sure a property management mandate has been signed between the owner and the agent, Unlocker Real Estate. Without a signed mandate, no lease can be created. Questions about your file? Book a call with Unlocker Real Estate.
